Columbus, Ohio, June 5 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.1 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 31, 2022 linked to a basket of two indexes and one exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The basket consists of the MSCI EAFE index with an 80% weight and the MSCI Emerging Markets index with a 20% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 149% of any basket gain.
If the basket falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par plus the basket return. If the basket falls by 10% or more, but not by more than 50%, the payout will be par plus negative 10%. If the basket falls by more than 50%, the payout will be par plus negative 10%, plus a loss of 1.8% for each 1% decline beyond 50%.
