New Issue: UBS sells $1.57 million digital index-linked notes on MSCI EAFE

Columbus Ohio, May 4 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.57 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due April 6, 2020 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 87.5% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,129.50 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline beyond 12.5%.

UBS Securities LLC is the underwriter.
