New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $2.98 million 0% accelerated barrier notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Chicago, May 1 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $2.98 million of 0% accelerated barrier notes due April 29, 2024 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 156% of the return.
If the index falls by up to its 65% knock-in level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
