New Issue: JPMorgan sells $837,000 barrier digital notes due 2019 tied to MSCI EAFE

Chicago, April 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $837,000 of 0% digital notes due Oct. 3, 2019 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above 90% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,113.80 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
