JPMorgan to price capped buffered equity notes linked to MSCI EAFE
New York, March 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered equity notes due Aug. 1, 2019 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum return of at least 15.5%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on March 28 and settle on April 3.
The Cusip number is 48129MFT8.
