Chicago, Dec. 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.47 million of 0% digital notes due July 25, 2019 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 87.5% threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus the threshold settlement of $1,097 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index beyond 12.5%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
