New Issue: TD Bank prices $8.18 million buffered digital notes on MSCI EAFE index

New York, May 11 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $8.18 million of 0% buffered digital notes due May 14, 2019 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to 90% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return of 10.85%.

If the index declines beyond the 10% buffer the payout will be par less 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter with Goldman Sachs & Co. as agent.
