JPMorgan plans capped enhanced participation notes on MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Feb. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due Sept. 7, 2018 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double the index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,240.20 to $1,282.40 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on March 2 and settle on March 9.

The Cusip number is 46646QLP8.
