JPMorgan plans two-year digital equity notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 18 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% digital equity notes due Dec. 3, 2018 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above the threshold level, expected to be 87.44% to 85.23% of its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,120 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1436% to 1.1733% for each 1% decline in the index beyond the buffer.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Nov. 28 and settle on Dec. 5.
The Cusip number is 46646QAD7.
