JPMorgan plans digital notes with 80% barrier linked to MSCI EAFE

Chicago, June 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% digital equity notes due May 3, 2018 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes at or above the 80% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,075 to $1,088 for each $1,000 principal amount. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on June 28 and settle on July 6.

The Cusip number is 46646EHN5.
