JPMorgan plans buffered enhanced participation notes tied to MSCI EAFE

Chicago, June 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due March 8, 2018 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum payout of $1,192 to $1,225 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on June 30 and settle on July 8.

The Cusip number is 46646EJS2.
