New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.48 million buffered return optimization securities on MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, April 4 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.48 million of 0% buffered return optimization securities due March 29, 2019 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.5 times any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 34.5%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
