New Issue: JPMorgan sells $3.35 million capped enhanced participation notes on MSCI EAFE

Knoxville, Tenn., March 24 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $3.35 million of 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due April 27, 2017 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,195 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
