UBS to price capped leveraged buffered notes tied to MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., March 22 – UBS AG, London Branch plans to price 0% capped leveraged buffered notes linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to mature 19 to 21 months after pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6 times any index gain, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,216 to $1,252.80 per $1,000 principal amount. The exact upside participation rate and cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index declines by 12.5% or less and will lose 1.1429% for every 1% decline beyond 12.5%.

UBS Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on March 23.

The Cusip number is 90270KGJ2.
