New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.53 million capped enhanced notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 21 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.53 million of 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due July 20, 2017 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,268.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.
