JPMorgan plans capped enhanced participation notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Tacoma, Wash., April 21 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due Feb. 8, 2017 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus two times any gain in the index, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,378 to $1,438 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. The exact cap will be set at pricing. Investors will share fully in any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes are expected to price April 22 and settle April 29.

The Cusip number is 48127DEW4.
