New Issue: JPMorgan prices $12.2 million capped enhanced participation notes on MSCI EAFE

Madison, Wis., April 2 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $12.2 million of 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due April 5, 2016 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,264 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will share fully in any losses.
