New Issue: Deutsche prices $5.54 million capped leveraged buffered notes on MSCI EAFE

New York, April 2 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced $5,542,000 of 0% capped leveraged buffered notes due April 1, 2016 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.4 times any index gain, up to a maximum payment of $1,203 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.17647% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
