New Issue: Barclays sells $10.84 million capped leveraged notes on MSCI EAFE

Madison, Wis., Feb. 27 - Barclays Bank plc priced $10.84 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due Aug. 28, 2015 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain, up to a maximum payment of $1,254 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will be fully exposed to losses.
