New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.2 million capped enhanced participation notes linked to MSCI EAFE

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Jan. 13 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $4.2 million of 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due Jan. 11, 2016 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,329 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Investors will share fully in any losses.
