JPMorgan plans capped enhanced participation notes on MSCI EAFE

New York, Sept. 9 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due March 16, 2015 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,240 to $1,290 per $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the index.

The notes (Cusip: 48126NRL3) are expected to price on Sept. 11 and settle on Sept. 18.
