New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $2.1 million buffered notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Aug. 20 - Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $2.1 million of 0% buffered index-linked notes due May 26, 2016 tied to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum payment of $1,221 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
