JPMorgan to price capped enhanced participation notes on MSCI EAFE

New York, June 3 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% capped enhanced participation notes due June 8, 2015 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index return, subject to a maximum return of 48.3% to 52.8% that will be set at pricing. Investors will share in any losses.

The notes (Cusip: 48126NBS5) are expected to price on June 4.
