Credit Suisse plans leveraged buffered notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Chicago, May 8 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 0% leveraged buffered notes linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will mature between 21 and 24 months after pricing. The exact deal terms will be set at pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 130% times any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,188.50 to $1,214.50 per $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 12.5% and will be exposed to any decline beyond 12.5%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.

The notes will price and settle in May.

The Cusip number is 22547Q2M7.
