New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $2.85 million leveraged buffered notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Oct. 8 - Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $2.85 million of 0% leveraged buffered notes due March 25, 2015 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times any gain in the index, up to a maximum payment of $1,156 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 12.5% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 12.5%.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
