New Issue: JPMorgan prices $5.06 million capped buffered participation equity notes on MSCI EAFE

San Diego, Dec. 12 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $5,064,000 of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due July 15, 2014 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the gain, subject to a maximum payment of $1,219.75 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Investors will receive par for losses up to 10% and will share in losses beyond the buffer at a rate of 1.1111% per 1% drop beyond the buffer.
