New Issue: JPMorgan sells $4.88 million capped leveraged notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Nov. 21 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $4.88 million of 0% capped leveraged index-linked notes due May 22, 2014 tied to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2.05 times any index gain, up to a maximum payment of $1,348.50 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
