New Issue: Goldman prices $3.25 million leveraged notes on MSCI EAFE for Svensk

Chicago, Nov. 9 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced $3.25 million of 0% leveraged index-linked notes due Dec. 23, 2013 tied to the MSCI EAFE index via Goldman Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,400 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
The initial index level set for the notes, 1,470.48, is higher than the closing level at pricing, which was 1,460.06.
