New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.75 million contingent interest notes on MSCI index, iShares ETF

New York, March 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.75 million of contingent interest notes due March 19, 2026 linked to the MSCI EAFE index and the iShares Russell 2000 ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 7.85%, paid monthly, if each underlier closes at or above its 65% trigger level on the related monthly observation date.

If the worst performing asset finishes at or above its 65% trigger value, the payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent coupon.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines from initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
