New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.38 million capped buffered enhanced participation notes on MSCI EAFE

Chicago, March 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.38 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due Aug. 15, 2025 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 230% of the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of par plus 20.47%.

If the index declines but finishes at or above its 87.5% buffer level, investors will receive par.

If the index falls by more than 15%, investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
