New Issue: UBS prices $1.55 million capped leveraged buffered index-linked notes on MSCI EAFE

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 2 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.55 million of 0% capped leveraged buffered index-linked notes due Nov. 7, 2025 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 250% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of par plus 24.625%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
UBS Securities LLC is the agent. iCapital Markets LLC is acting as dealer.
