New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.53 million buffered digital notes on MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 12 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.53 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Oct. 3, 2025 linked the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index finishes at or above 82.5% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be the greater of par plus the index return and par plus 13.96%.

Investors will lose 1.2121% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 17.5%.
