Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 22 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5.38 million of 0% buffered index-linked notes due April 19, 2024 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 180% of the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,156.60 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
If the final index level is less than or equal to the initial index level but greater than or equal to the buffer level, 85% of the initial level, the payout will be par.
If the final index level is less than the buffer level, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
