New Issue: UBS sells $924,000 capped leveraged buffered notes on MSCI EAFE index
Chicago, July 5 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $924,000 of 0% capped leveraged buffered index-linked notes due April 3, 2024 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 180% of any index gain, capped at $1,284.58 per each $1,000 face amount of notes.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
