Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.34 million of 0% digital equity notes due Oct. 16, 2024 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above 82.5% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 16.15%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.2121% for each 1% decline beyond 17.5%.
