Chicago, Dec. 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $630,000 of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due May 24, 2023 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final index level is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of par plus 15%.
If the index return is flat, or greater than or equal to the 85% buffer level, investors will receive par.
If the index falls by more than 15%, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.
