Chicago, Sept. 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC. priced $8.94 million of 0% capped airbag gears due Sept. 12, 2024 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times the index return, capped at par plus 35.15%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1.25% for each 1% index decline beyond 20%.
