New Issue: UBS sells $1.27 million digital index-linked notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Buffalo, N.Y., June 24 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.27 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due May 22, 2024 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 85% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,174 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
