New Issue: Scotiabank prices $67,000 digital notes linked to MSCI EAFE index

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 9 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $67,000 of 0% digital notes due March 15, 2023 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 90% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 7.85%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
