Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $25 million of 0% capped return enhanced notes due Sept. 16, 2022 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus three times the gain with the payout capped at par plus 12.5%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
