Chicago, Aug. 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $544,000 of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due July 21, 2026 linked to the lesser performing of the MSCI EAFE index and the Stoxx Europe 600 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If each underlier finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the return of the worst performer.
If either underlier falls but each underlier finishes at or above the 65% barrier level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing underlier from its initial level.
