New Issue: JPMorgan sells $11.69 million capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes on EAFE

Chicago, July 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $11.69 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due July 25, 2023 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus two times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,152 per $1,000 of notes.

If the index return is flat or greater than or equal to negative 10%, investors will receive par.

If the index falls by more than 10%, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
