New York, July 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $735,000 of capped buffered return enhanced notes due July 20, 2023 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain with the payout capped at par plus 18.8%.
If the index declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.
