New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $2.22 million digital buffered notes on MSCI EAFE

Los Angeles, June 21 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $2.22 million of 0% digital buffered notes due May 31, 2023 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 87.5% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,132.90 per $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline beyond the 12.5% buffer.
