Columbus, Ohio, June 8 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $958,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due Dec. 14, 2022 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 12.5%, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,078.50 per $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, the investors will 1.1429% for every 1% index decline beyond 12.5%.
