Columbus, Ohio, May 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.03 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due Feb. 15, 2023 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times the gain, capped at par plus 18.785%.
If the index finishes flat or falls by up to 10%, payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% index decline beyond 10%.
