New Issue: TD Bank sells $2.4 million capped leveraged buffered notes on MSCI EAFE

Chicago, April 7 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $2.4 million of 0% capped leveraged buffered notes due April 14, 2022 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 130% of the index return, subject to a maximum payout of $1,083.20 per $1,000 principal amount. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1.1111% for each 1% index decline beyond 10%.
