Citigroup to settle buffer securities on MSCI EAFE index

New York, March 29 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. is expected to settle 0% buffer securities due March 31, 2026 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.46 times any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% per 1% drop beyond 10%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.

The notes were expected to price on March 26 and to settle on March 31.

The Cusip number is 17329FAA2.
