Columbus, Ohio, March 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC. priced $2.27 million of 0% capped airbag gears due March 9, 2023 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index return, capped at par plus 25%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.11111% for each 1% index decline beyond 10%.
