New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.75 million capped buffered return enhanced notes on MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Feb. 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.75 million of capped buffered return enhanced notes due March 3, 2022 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain, capped at par plus 8.85%.

If the index declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
